Who we are
ZenB2B is a service of ZENDO SOFTWARE S.R.L. (tax ID 42394440, Trade Register no. J40/3725/2020), registered in Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania (“Zendo Software”, “we”). We are the controller of the personal data described below. For any privacy question, write to us at contact@zenb2b.ro.
This policy covers the zenb2b.ro website. Data exchanged through the ZenB2B service on behalf of our clients (orders, despatch advice, invoices and other EDI messages) is governed by the contract with each client.
What we collect and why
When you contact us
If you use the contact form, email or call us, we receive the details you give us: your name, email address, company, the partners you mention and the content of your message, plus anything else you include, such as a phone number. We use them only to reply to you and, where relevant, to discuss and prepare a possible collaboration.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our services (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Website statistics
We use Umami to count visits and see which pages and links are used. Umami uses no cookies, does not store your IP address and does not follow you to other sites; the statistics we see are aggregated and do not identify you.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Google Ads, only with your consent
We promote ZenB2B through Google Ads. If you accept cookies in the banner shown on your first visit, the site loads the Google Ads tag, which tells us whether a visit that came from an ad ended in an enquiry: a visit to the contact page, a sent form or a click on the email address. For this, Google may set cookies such as _gcl_au and processes data about your device and visit under its own policies. Until you accept, no data is sent to Google.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 4(5) of Romanian Law 506/2004). You can withdraw it at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the page footer; we then delete the Google Ads cookies set on the site.
Server logs
Our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. These logs are kept only for a short time.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure site (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Cookies and local storage
Without your consent, the site sets no cookies. It only keeps two settings in your browser’s local storage (localStorage), which contain no personal data, are not sent anywhere and are not used for tracking:

The Google Ads cookies described above are set only if you accept them. Site search runs in your browser, so what you search for is not sent to us, and the fonts are hosted on the site, with no requests to third parties.
Who processes data for us
We share personal data only with the service providers that help us run the site and our communication:
- Netlify, Inc. – hosting the site and receiving messages sent through the contact form;
- Microsoft – business email (Microsoft 365), where your messages to us are stored;
- Umami Software, Inc. – anonymous website statistics;
- Google Ireland Limited – Google Ads, only if you accept cookies.
Some of these providers or their affiliates are based in the United States. When personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and up to 2 years afterwards, unless they lead to a business relationship; we then keep them for as long as that relationship and the applicable law require.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access your personal data, to ask for it to be corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or with the supervisory authority in the country where you live.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
