Order · delivery · invoice
Order-to-cash automation
Every document links to the one before it: order, response, despatch advice, receipt, invoice and payment. Differences show up straight away, not at month end.
- Three-way match
- Automatic reconciliation
- Predictable cash flow
The challenge
Documents pass through too many hands.
The cycle from order to cash involves several documents, systems and teams. Manual processing brings delays and differences between ordered, delivered and invoiced quantities.
Every difference becomes a commercial dispute that holds up payment.
The flow, step by step
- 1 · ORDERS
- The order lands in your ERP automatically.
- 2 · ORDRSP
- The response goes back to the partner at once.
- 3 · DESADV
- The despatch advice records exactly what shipped: SSCC, batches, weights.
- 4 · RECADV
- The receiving advice closes the logistics cycle.
- 5 · INVOIC
- The invoice is reconciled with the order and the delivery automatically.
- 6 · REMADV
- The remittance advice confirms payment.
Order · shipment · invoice
The invoice follows the delivery, not the order.
ORDERS brings in the order, DESADV shows what actually left, and INVOIC bills the delivered quantities. Each document starts from the one before it, so a quantity difference shows up before it becomes a dispute.

Proof of delivery
The driver scans the QR code. Delivery is confirmed on the spot.
The despatch advice printed from the portal carries a QR code in its header. At the destination, the driver scans it with a phone, enters their name, the delivery date and time and any notes, and confirms.
The despatch advice moves to “Delivered”, and the portal shows who confirmed, when, and whether the delivery was on time, early or late. No phone calls, no scanned paperwork.

How ZenB2B handles it
One end-to-end EDI flow that links each document to the last.
We build and run the whole cycle, from order to payment, on top of the systems you already use. The invoice starts from the quantities actually shipped and received, not the ones ordered.
The flow works the same with retailers, distributors and 3PL warehouses, and the invoice lands automatically in your invoicing tool, connected to e-Factura.
What you gain
- Order to invoice in hours, not days Each document is generated from the one before, with no waiting between departments.
- Order–delivery–invoice reconciliation Quantity and price differences show up at once, before they turn into disputes.
- Fewer disputes, more predictable payments Invoices that are right the first time get paid on time.
FAQ
Questions about order-to-cash
What is three-way matching?
Automatic comparison of three documents: the order (ORDERS), the delivery or receipt (DESADV / RECADV) and the invoice (INVOIC). If quantities or prices differ, the difference is flagged before the invoice goes out.
Do we need to change our ERP for automated order-to-cash?
No. We connect to your existing ERP through connectors, files, API or SFTP. See ERP, WMS and TMS integration.
